Submit the full period you need, with your dates, guest count and bedroom requirement, so availability and the quote can be reviewed together. The applicable minimum stay for your dates is confirmed on enquiry, and an extension is subject to availability rather than assumed.
Every apartment has a full kitchen with stainless appliances, air conditioning in every room, a private balcony, high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV. Laundry is available on site. The building has 1 Gbps fiber, a water cistern, and a dedicated Anker backup battery in each unit, which matters over a long stay. It is a four-floor walk-up with no elevator, and we state that plainly because it matters to some households.
Stays are invoiced directly. Corporate and insurance placements are handled on account rather than through consumer card checkout, so an employer, relocation provider or insurer can be billed without a consumer card.
